Reviewer Type: Couple
Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Good selection of tea and coffee
Negative: The after 4pm booking in procedure was a nightmare, including passport and facial scan. When the email validation process didn’t work Una from IT informed me that her team was working on it and no timeline offered for a solution. When I asked if I would get access to my room I was informed” when the email validation is complete”. Mind you she was corresponding with me in the email she was wanting validated. When their error takes precedence over customer service it’s best to avoid this hotel group. I have all the email correspondence if anyone in management is interested in reviewing.
Summary: Avoid cumbersome after hours booking procedure
